Im so pleased i looked up reviews at least i know now not to bother waiting for my refund ive been waiting over a month !!!
I sent pictures as the belt on the dress was falling to bits look like my 4 year old had made it. I was shocked to get email reply to offering refund. BUT I CAN SEE THATS WHAT THEY SAY i wanted a few more things but ive gone elsewhere.
IM WAITING FOR THE REPLY OF YOUR REFUND HAS BEEN ISSUED AFTER READING THE REVIEWS THEY SEEM TO SAY THAT ALOT ????
As requested funny as i just looked at my emails and on one it was all in capital telling me to be patient then another on 24th of may telling me i would receive refund next week 29241189

I paid extra to have custom size, which i double checked my measurements, and when i got the dress it was almost as if they completely ignored the measurements i put in. The dress was very badly made, and obviously did not fit at all. I could not zip it up over my butt and the cups were absolutely huge, and because i ordered a custom size i cant return so im out a lot of money.

Absolute dustbin quality. First time order what was titled "wraps" the quality is nothing to write home about. Just for the bin

Fits good. It good $#*!. I like it. Good colour :). Nice $#*!.

Ordered swatches. Good value for money and received a decent sized swatch in 2 different fabrics per swatch. Delivery took about 3 weeks.

I just took a chance on the final sale dresses of no returns. However, I knew at that price, if the dresses didn't fit me I would find a friend who could wear it or them. The size 6 is fine unless it is a fitted dress. Then it is a little to tight, only because I gained a little weight. When the 5 pounds go off the dresses will go on comfortably and look great.

This website is actually terrible do not trust them with your money! I paid $25 for expedited shipping since my event is on the 7th and it won't come until the 19th and i ordered it on the 29th. What type of bull$#*! is that! UPDATE: so i canceled my order and requested a refund and they said because of the given circumstances they would give me a 100% refund plus shipping fee back. They asked me to take down my previous review on this website which i did. I never got my refund and gave them 12 hours to refund my money after the 24 hours and still haven't gotten an email back. So not only have i been scammed once by this website, but twice.

Reasonably priced, beautiful royal blue color, and on time shipping. Great experience and I would recommend this company for anyone looking for good quality dresses.

I have used JJ's website to purchase my wedding dress as well as my bridesmaids' dresses. The dresses were all absolutely gorgeous and true to size. The return policies are strict, so take the time to get the right measurements before placing an order. But in the end, everything worked out well for me.

I ordered a dress and after coupon code of $12 I paid a total of $137. Upon getting the dress it was made with terrible quality so I shipped it back for return. JJ House decided to only refund me $137 less $12. Less shipping cost also. I don't mind them charging me shipping. However when they processed the return they charged me $12 saying that I didn't pay for the coupon at the time of purchase. But if I paid $137 the return amount should be $137 (minus shipping). Not $137 minus shipping then minus another $12 for some reason. It was unjustified for them to return only a portion of what I paid and they refused to refund me the total amount due. I had not violated any return policy, their product was crap and unrepresentative of the photos on their website, and they arbitrarily refuse to refund me total amount paid (minus shipping). If I could award 0 stars I would.
